Fill in your enrolment forms and email back to the school by filling in the following information and add attachments.
Forms can be filled out electronically with the latest version of Adobe Reader.
When sending a scanned image of supporting documentation such as birth certificate or immunisation schedule, please save as a low resolution PDF and then attach to the email. If the image defaults to jpg or png it may be too large to send. Each email size limit is 3 MB maximum.
If you attachments are larger than 3 MB please send in consecutive individual emails and use the same subject topic.
